Step 2Deposits and Bookings (3-6 months in advance)
After paying the required deposit, you can book available time slots for photo shoots and outfitting session.(We recommend you to book one year in advance for photo shoots during peak seasons in April and November)
Step 3Choose your wedding outfits and outdoor photoshoot locations (2-3 months in advance)
Provide us with your size measurements and full body shot at least 3 months before the day of your photoshoot, and choose your wedding gowns and suits from our digital photo collection. Then pick your preferred outdoor photoshoot locations and consult with our team of experts on the best itinerary arrangements.
Step 4Settlement of outstanding balance (2 months in advance)
Confirm all add-on services (ex. Travel expenses for long distance locations, additional wedding gowns, designated photographers, evening photoshoots, etc.) and complete your payment 2 months before the day of the photoshoot.
AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL
Outfitting session & Pre-trip Briefing (approx. 2~3 hours)
Please proceed to La-vie Wedding Studio and try out the wedding gowns/suits you have reserved. Then confirm all final detailed arrangements with local staff before the photoshoot.
SHOOTING DAY
Step 1Arrival at La-vie Wedding Studio
On the day of your photoshoot, our staff will be waiting for you at the studio. When you arrive at the studio, with the help of our interpreter, you will first discuss your preferences with our professional stylists.
Step 2Hairdo and make up
After the initial communication, the bride will undergo make-up and hairstyling sessions. After putting on the wedding gown, our camera crew will take some behind-the-scene photos.
Step 3Chartered van from studio to location
You do not need to rent or arrange any transportation, as transport and parking costs are covered under the package. For your peace of mind, La-vie will arrange drivers and transportation for all outdoor photoshoots.
Step 4Take photos while sight-seeing
Since you're already overseas, let our local team guide you on a tour of attractions while taking photographs. The laid-back and easygoing photoshoots will bring out your best smile and complexion.
Step 5Style Change + Break
After the first photo session, we will return to the studio or nearby rest lounge for a short break and style change. Then we are all set for the next destination!
Step 6Continue your delightful destination wedding photography
Freshen up with a change of style and continue this delightful wedding photography journey with the team you’ve already become familiar with. We will help capture the genuine moments of your profound love and affection.
Step 7Return to the studio, change outfits, and wrap up
Feel a sense of relief after taking off the wedding gown and changing back into casual wear. Wrap up this fruitful day when we return to the studio and bid each other goodbye. All photos taken will be provided to you one month after the photoshoot in digital formats. After you've picked your favorite photos, they will be further fine-tuned and provided to you 3 months after the photoshoot. For details please contact our customer service specialists.
